Directly oceanfront and just a few steps from the beach, this family-friendly home offers a full-size volleyball court for tons of fun in the sun, and an outdoor fire pit to unwind. This unique vintage cottage provides plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. Located just minutes from the Lake and the lively Boardwalk, it’s the ideal spot for a laid-back coastal escape.

Welcome to A Summer's Rest by North Carolina Cottages. Your new oceanfront home away from home. Private 3 Bed/2 Bath. Check out our great online reviews. Appliances: full size fridge, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, blender, and toaster. Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, pots/pans, utensils, and drip coffee pot. Bed linens and 6 bath towels provided, as well as enough hand soap, dish soap, shampoo & conditioner, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper to get you started during your visit. WiFi available throughout the home and Roku equipped TV's in both bedrooms and main living room. PETS ALLOWED BY INVITE ONLY - Please send us a message PRIOR to booking with your pet(s) breed, weight and travel experience. We only allow pets 20lbs or less. On the occasion we allow larger pets, we require a $100 fee for every 10 pounds past our requirement. During peak season, we reserve the right to decline pets that are over our minimum. Contact us PRIOR to booking if you wish to bring a pet. Outdoor spaces: Our spacious oceanfront back porch is perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sunrise. Outdoor shower is great for family and friends after a long day at the beach. Enjoy yard games with our full-size volleyball court, relaxing sunsets, and outdoor fire-pit. Parking - 2 free spaces available: located directly in-front of the cottage in-front of the garages. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid parking in their yards. Guest Access - Private access to entire main level (3 bed/2 bath). We also have an outside shower located in the backyard that you can use. Entry through back door. Keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you and is removed after check-out for your security. Primary guest/booker must complete rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. Booking guest must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.

PETS ALLOWED BY INVITE ONLY - Please send us a message PRIOR to booking with your pet(s) breed, weight and travel experience. We only allow pets 20lbs or less. On the occasion we allow larger pets, we require a $100 fee for every 10 pounds past our minimum requirement. During peak season, we reserve the right to decline pets that are over our minimum.
