*Private & Clean First Floor Apartment in the Heart of Carolina Beach. My husband and I love living here on the island and love sharing our favorite local spots in a guidebook provided to our guests. *There are 2 comfortable Queen Beds and 1 Twin Trundle Bed all with new highly rated 12" Zinus memory foam mattresses. *Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, utensils, drip coffee pot, French press, 8-slice toaster oven, microwave, blender, fridge & counter-top induction burner all provided. *50" 4k Roku TV (Disney+, ESPN+, & Hulu provided) *Beach Wagon & Chairs provided (4 chairs in total) *Outdoor space for relaxing after a surf session or a day at the beach. Hammocks, Picnic Table, Outdoor Shower, and a Bar. LOCATION: Spartanburg Public Beach Access (10-Minute Walk) Carolina Beach Lake (10-Minute Walk) Island Greenway Nature Trail (4-Minute Walk) Mike Chappell Park & Pickleball Courts (10-Minute Walk) Carolina Beach Boardwalk (4-Minute Drive/17-Minute Walk) Carolina Beach State Park (4-Minute Drive) Kure Beach Pier (6-Minute Drive) Fort Fisher Recreation Area, Historic Center, and NC Aquarium (9-Minute Drive) Fort Fisher Ferry to Southport (12-Minute Drive) Downtown Wilmington & Riverwalk (30-Minute Drive) *There is also a dedicated workspace with a full-sized desk & desk chair. *Bed linens and bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, paper towels, and coffee/tea. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to bring extra supplies. *Check-in is at 4:00 PM via keyless PIN — your code arrives before you do. Checkout is by 10:00 AM sharp. Due to our cleaning team's schedule, early check-ins and late checkouts aren't available at this property. Please don't park on the premises before check-in or after checkout. Unapproved late departures may incur a $200 fee. *Our team takes great pride in this little gem. Please skip the bleach on anything during your stay — our cleaners handle that between guests. For the stainless steel appliances, stainless-only cleaners please — anything else causes rust and nobody wants that. No incense or essential oil diffusers — scents linger and some guests have sensitivities. *Low Tide is 100% smoke-free indoors. Smoking inside will result in a $200 deodorization fee. *This is a real neighborhood and we love it that way. Please keep noise considerate and low — and stay on the paths, not through the neighbors' yards. *Any additional visitors beyond the booked party must be approved by the host in advance. *Pets strictly NOT allowed. *A short rental agreement is required before check-in. Straightforward, quick, and in place to protect everyone. *Please purchase travel insurance, as we adhere to the cancelation and refund policy set by Airbnb.

*Low Tide is located on a quiet neighborhood street in Carolina Beach tucked between the Beach and the River. *A 10-minute walk will take you to the closest public beach access. *A 4-minute walk takes you to the Island Greenway where you can walk around the lake, walk along the woods to Kure Beach, or walk to Mike Chappell Park where there are public pickleball courts and a great playground. *Just a short drive will get you to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Lake Park, Carolina Beach Marina, Fort Fisher Historic Center, The NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher Recreation Area (Where you can drive on the beach), Carolina Beach State Park, Kure Beach, and the Southport Ferry. Explore all these places without ever leaving the island. *A 40-minute drive to Wilmington International Airport (ILM). *A 30-minute drive to downtown Wilmington where there are tons of cool bars and places to eat, many with live music, and a beautiful boardwalk along the river.
