Amenities: Appliances: full size fridge, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, blender, and toaster. Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, pots/pans, utensils, drip coffee pot, french press, coffee, and tea. Bed linens and 4 bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, and paper towels and enough toilet paper to get you started. WiFi available throughout the home and Roku equipped smart TV's in both bedrooms and main living room (connect your own streaming services). Pets: Well trained pets welcome with fee. Please let us know at time of booking if you will be bringing pets and how many. Two pet limit, one time $200 pet fee per pet applies. Please note: Backyard is fully fenced but one fence is only 3ft tall. Outdoor spaces: Long screened in front porch is perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sunrise. New spacious back deck and outdoor shower is great for family and friends after a long day at the beach. Enjoy yard games, relaxing sunsets, or let your dog run free in our large backyard. Parking - 2 free spaces available: located on the far right of the home, and right next to the 3ft. high white block wall. Please do not park in front of the garage, we have reserved this space for our downstairs guests. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid parking in their yards. Guest Access - Private access to entire 2nd main level unit (2 bed/1 bath). Our bathroom is small and contains a stand up shower. We also have an outside shower located in the backyard that you can use during the summer. Entry through front door and back door. Keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you. Primary guest/booker must complete rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. Travel insurance is recommended, as we adhere to the cancelation and refund policy set by Airbnb. Have a larger group and need more space? Stay close and reserve the bottom unit of this duplex! Each unit has its own private and completely separate outside entrance.
