Guests occupy completely separate front unit with different outside entrance and stairs. Please keep in mind that this is a 1937 historic cottage that has survived many significant hurricanes. The floors are uneven in some areas and the walls and ceilings are original knotty pine which give it character. If you're looking for perfection, historic cottages may not be for you. Please note: This is a small 1 bedroom/1 bathroom studio unit suited for a max of 2 people. Appliances: full size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, blender, and toaster. Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, pots/pans, utensils, drip coffee pot, coffee, and tea. Bed linens and 2 bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, and paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper to get you started. WiFi available throughout the home and Roku equipped smart TV in living room (connect your own streaming services). Pets only permitted PRIOR to booking and upon confirming pet rules with $200 pet fee/per pet (20 pound maximum weight). 1 Pet Max. Parking - 2 free spaces available, with vehicles stacked behind one another. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid parking in their yards. Guest Access - you will have your own private outdoor shower located near the front entrance of the unit. Summer season only. Entry through front door and back door. Keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you. Primary guest/booker must complete rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. Travel insurance is encouraged, as we adhere to the cancelation and refund policy set by Airbnb. Have a larger group and need more space? Stay close and reserve the front unit of this duplex!
