Welcome to "Beach You To It," your new home away from just a short 2 blocks from the beach, 1 block from the Carolina Beach Lake and market, and 3 blocks from one of the nation's oldest boardwalks. Private 4 Bedroom/3 Bath. Appliances: full size fridge, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, blender, and toaster. Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, pots/pans, utensils, and drip coffee pot. Bed linens and 8 bath towels provided, as well as enough hand soap, dish soap, shampoo & conditioner, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper to get you started during your visit. If you're staying longer than 3 days, we recommend picking up these items during your visit. WiFi available throughout the home and Roku equipped TV's in bedrooms and main living room. PETS ALLOWED BY INVITE ONLY - Please send us a message PRIOR to booking with your pet(s) breed, weight and travel experience. We only allow pets 20lbs or less. On the occasion we allow larger pets, we require a $50 fee for every 10 pounds past our minimum requirement. During peak season, we reserve the right to decline pets that are over our minimum. Contact us PRIOR to booking if you wish to bring a pet. Outdoor spaces: Our two front porches are perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sunrise or sunset. Outdoor shower is great for family and friends after a long day at the beach. Enjoy yard games in the grassy backyard, on the rooftop deck overlooking peek-a-boo ocean views with relaxing sunsets Parking - 3 free spaces available: located directly in-front of the home in-front of the garage. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid parking in their yards and driveway that is located to the right of the home. Guest Access - Private access to entire home (4 bed/3 bath). We also have an outside shower located near the front door to the side of the home that you are welcome to use. Entry through front door. Keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you and is removed after check-out for your security. Booking guest must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. Primary guest/booker must complete rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. Travel insurance is recommended, as we adhere to the cancelation and refund policy set by Airbnb.
